Lenny Fischman is an ambitious young sushi chef, determined
in his pursuit to rise to the top at the hottest sushi
restaurant in New York City. Takashi Ono, a sushi master
known equally for his culinary talents and his terrifying methods,
hires Lenny for the coveted apprenticeship position at his 3 Star
Michelin restaurant. Lenny’s passion to achieve perfection soon
spirals into obsession, as his ruthless teacher continues to push
